Application & Agreement Paralegal Association of Rochester, Inc.'s ("PAR") membership qualifications shall not exclude or discriminate because of race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, physical handicaps, or sexual orientation. PAR collects non-public personal information from its members on its membership application, such as name, address, telephone number, email address, and employer. The PAR Website contains member information. By becoming a PAR member, you agree to have this information available to other PAR members. This information is required in order to provide members with PAR and NFPA benefits and information. Except for these purposes, PAR does not disclose non-public personal information collected from its members to any third party other than the NFPA, without the prior consent of the members. APPLICATION INFORMATION Review & Approval Process The information contained in this application is subject to review by the Membership Commitee of the Paralegal Association of Rochester, Inc., (PAR) and may be disseminated to PAR's Board of Directors. Within a few days of your application submission, you will receive an email (at the email address you provide) stating we have received your application and it is being reviewed. AFFILIATE ORGANIZATIONS PAR is a member association of the National Federation of Paralegal Associations, Inc. ("NFPA"). By virtue of your joining this association you are a member of NFPA. NFPA is the largest and oldest national paralegal association in the USA, representing over 21,000 paralegals. NFPA provides an effective means of communicating issues of national importance and serves as a unified voice in the development of the profession. By belonging to PAR a portion of your dues is sent to NFPA for your membership in NFPA, of which $4.00 pays for your National Paralegal Reporter subscription. Also, PAR is a member association of the Empire State Alliance of Paralegal Associations, Inc. ("ESAPA").
