Cost: $65 includes 9 holes with cart and dinner; $35 for dinner only.*
Event is rain or shine. No refunds will be issued.
Registration begins at 3:00 p.m. Best ball format with a 3:30 p.m. tee time. Dinner at 7:00 p.m.
Please join us for a cash bar after your round and a chance to win a prize! Raffle tickets are available for purchase at the event (cash only).
RSVP by September 21, 2021. No refunds will be issued after September 21, 2021. Space is limited and registration cannot be extended so register today!

* PAR is aware of COVID protocols and we always strive to achieve necessary levels of social distancing, as needed. Depending on regulations and CDC guidelines at the time of this event, masks may be required regardless of vaccination status and we reserve the right to refuse participation based on refusal to wear a mask, if required. If participation is refused on the date of event due to a participant's refusal to comply with protocols, registration fees will not be refunded. Please have a mask available on the date of event. Two days prior to or upon signing in at the event, we will advise as to the current mask-wearing protocols. Thank you for your understanding during these ever changing times.
